Submission Guidlines

What To Send

Please send:

  • WAV or AIFF files

  • 24-bit or 32-bit float exports

  • The original sample rate from your session (no sample rate conversion needed)

Mix Preparation

For the best mastering results:

  • Leave final limiting or clipping off where possible

  • Aim for peak levels between -12 dBFS and -1 dBFS

  • Avoid excessive loudness processing on the master channel

If your mix relies on bus processing such as compression, saturation or limiting for its sound:

  • Keep it enabled

  • Or alternatively send:

    • one version with processing

    • one clean version without it

Reference masters, demo masters and home masters are always welcome — they help communicate the intended energy and direction while preserving the original vibe of the track.

File Naming

Please include:

  • Artist name

  • Track title

  • Label name (if applicable)

Example:

ArtistName - TrackTitle - Premaster.wav

Turnaround

Typical turnaround time is 2–5 business days depending on project size and revisions.
